Description:
The Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing programs within the organization, ensuring they are aligned with organizational goals and objectives. This role includes administrative support, coordinating program activities, and maintaining communication with participants and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute program activities to ensure they meet organizational goals and standards.
- Manage program schedules, resources, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Serve as the primary contact for program participants, responding to inquiries and providing guidance.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, preparing reports and analyses to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to align program objectives with organizational needs.
- Organize and facilitate program events, meetings, and workshops.
- Develop and maintain program documentation, including policies, procedures, and participant records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field.
- Experience in program coordination or management, preferably in a healthcare or nonprofit setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office suite.
